During your first thirty days, we work together against a set of agreed-upon goals to ensure that you learn everything you need to be as successful as possible right out of the gate. These services include:

	Weekly training calls with your Customer Support representative, during which you’ll be working on your live system to accomplish your goals
	Creating your corporate branding within your Genoo account
	Success Tips emails to help you maximize your Genoo subscription

	Phone and email access to Customer Support to help you work through any challenges you experience as you are putting campaigns in place
	Technical support portal and helpdesk, along with email access to Tech Support for any technical issues that you may experience (though these don’t happen very often)
	Monthly Live Customer Update – Monthly MarketingZAP – where we share news, release notes, feature information, and upcoming platform modifications

Optional Services for Genoo Platform Subscribers

Marketing Execution

Genoo will execute on your marketing strategy, including:

• Putting your content into appropriate email templates
• Creating a regular newsletter containing your content
• Sending your emails
• Maintaining your lead lists
• Posting your blog entries
• Creating landing pages
• Tracking lead activities and reporting marketing qualified leads to you for follow-up

If you are interested in this service, we will work together to determine a specific scope and responsibilities. This service is a monthly fixed-fee service with a minimum of three or six months depending on scope and Genoo staffing requirements, and fees range between $1,500 (minimum) to $7,500 per month for most customers.

Content Strategy & Development

Under the Genoo brand, ContentZAP, qualified team members will work with you and your team to create a content strategy, and, if requested, to create content that suits your needs and your audience. Please see contentzap.com/content-strategy and contentzap.com/content-creation for further details.

Migration from Other Email / MA Platforms

While many Genoo customers move their existing assets from a prior provider onto Genoo during their first thirty days, others (usually those with complex existing environments) engage the Genoo team to provide migration services that will speed up the process. These services could include:

• Replication / re-creation of existing forms, emails, and lead groups
• Creation of nurturing sequences, Smart Rules, and other triggered actions
• Uploading lead lists
• Setting up website integration (WordPress or other)

This is typically a one-time service and is quoted based on the project scope and division of responsibilities, customized to your needs, capabilities, and time constraints.

Website / Microsite Creation

Genoo comes with a fully-featured content management system built in and included with all Genoo subscription packages. You may use this CMS in either of these ways, or you may elect not to use it at all:

• As your website platform with your custom domain name
• As a landing page platform while your website resides elsewhere, typically deployed as a c-name – e.g. something.yourdomain.com
